Deeply Restorative: Yoga with Meadow

This is Restorative Yoga reimagined! Unwind deeply in this unique, extended class that blends the gentle, healing practice of restorative yoga with the nurturing touch of deep hands-on assists. Grounded in stillness and breath, we’ll use bolsters, blocks, and blankets to rest the body in fully supported positions, allowing the nervous system to shift into rest and repair mode. While you rest in these long-held poses, Meadow will offer deep hands-on assists that include stretches, pressure, and energy line work to help the body unwind more effectively, improving range of movement and circulation, while also promoting a profound sense of ease in both body and mind.

 

This class is suitable for all levels, but please advise your instructor if you have any injuries or illnesses that may require special consideration.
