In this two-hour workshop, you will learn how to play, tune, position, and care for your medicine drum. We will open with a prayer of gratitude and a brief introduction to shamanism, exploring the purpose of this healing art and why shamanic drumming is such a potent practice for bodily healing.
You will gain hands-on experience tuning your drum for optimal sound and pitch, followed by an immersive sound bath led by Michael and his team. Together, we will cover what to expect during a sound bath, how to embark on a shamanic journey, and how to integrate and interpret your experience.
Every participant will have dedicated time to practice their new skills. This interactive workshop weaves together science, technique, and artistry—giving you the confidence to share this healing practice with yourself, your loved ones, and your community.
