Sound Ceremony is an immersive meditative experience designed to support deep rest, reflection, and nervous system regulation. Participants are invited to lie comfortably as they are guided through a journey of sound using singing bowls, gong, chimes, didgeridoo, Native flutes, guitar, and other acoustic instruments. Each ceremony is unique, offering a space to slow down, reconnect, and simply receive.
