My Qualifications: I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Campbell University. I earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Campbell University. I earned an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Alamance Community College. Prior to my career as a licensed counselor, I was a social worker for child protective services for five years and have experienced a gamut of client needs. I specialize in treating clients with depression and anxiety through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT is used by exploring how your thoughts, feelings and actions intertwine with one another. At Chatham Counseling and Wellness, we serve clients from all diverse cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. We are based on treating the entire person using a variety of counseling services. We are racial justice allied and LGBTQIAAAP allies.
